- Clean stovetop (surface only)
- Wipe microwave interior and exterior
- Wipe cabinet fronts
- Clean and sanitize sink
- Wipe down appliance exteriors (fridge, dishwasher)
- Empty trash and replace liner
- Sweep and mop floors

- Scrub and sanitize toilet (inside and out)

Deep Clean
Deep Clean
Everything in the standard clean, plus a thorough top-to-bottom treatment. Ideal for first-time visits, seasonal resets, or homes that need extra attention.
Includes everything in Standard, plus:
- Inside oven cleaned and degreased
- Inside refrigerator wiped down and sanitized
- Baseboards scrubbed (not just dusted)
- Light fixtures wiped down
- Window sills and tracks cleaned
- Inside cabinets and drawers wiped out
- Behind and under appliances (where accessible)
- Detailed grout scrubbing in showers and tubs
Move-In / Move-Out
Move-In / Move-Out Clean
A deep clean designed for empty homes — every surface, every corner, every cabinet. Custom quoted based on home size.
- Full deep clean checklist (see above)
- All cabinets and drawers cleaned inside and out
- All appliances cleaned inside and out
- Walls spot-cleaned
- Closets vacuumed and wiped
- Garage swept (if requested)
- Final walkthrough to ensure move-in ready condition

Not Included
What we don't include
We believe in being upfront. These items are outside our standard scope — if you have questions about a specific need, just ask.
Dishes or dishwasher loading
We don't wash dishes or load/unload the dishwasher
Laundry
We don't wash, dry, or fold laundry
Exterior windows
Interior windows available as an add-on; exterior windows are not offered
Garage cleaning
Garages are not included in standard or deep cleans (available for move-out by request)
Biohazard or hazardous materials
We cannot clean mold, sewage, pest infestations, or similar hazards
Exterior of the home
Pressure washing, outdoor furniture, and exterior surfaces are not offered
Pet waste cleanup
We love pets, but we don't handle waste, litter boxes, or soiled areas
High or unreachable areas
We don't use ladders — anything beyond a step stool's reach is excluded
